New Visa Application Forms Adopted 

Chinese Embassy in Malaysia has introduced the new Visa Application Forms (Form V.2011A & Form V.2011B) since 1^st January 2011. Please print the forms double-sided after downloading from CVASC’s website. The advice on completing the forms can also be found on the same page. CVASC can still accept the previous version of form until 30^th June 2011.

Please notice that all kinds of previous version of forms will not be accepted after 1^stJuly 2011.
