Chinese Visa Application Service Centre (the Centre) is responsible for received visa applications to enter into mainland China from ordinary passport holders who are Danish citizens or citizens of the third countries (neither Denmark nor China) holding Danish permanent residence or work permits (hereinafter referred to as "You"), collecting visa fees on behalf of the Chinese Embassy and returning passports. Applicants holding diplomatic and service (official) passports or applying for China's diplomatic, courtesy and service visas, or those applying for a visa /entry permit to the Hong Kong and Macao Special Administrative Region of China should still apply directly at the Chinese Embassy (the Embassy).

You hereby accepts and confirms that the applicant and/or his/her representative, prior to submitting the visa application, has read, understood and agreed to be bound by, without limitation or qualification, all of the terms, conditions and details provided herein (the Terms):(a)the Centre provides visa application services (the Services) to you according to the Terms;(b)Terms include but are not limited to this notification and those that are published in the Centre's official website, policies, fee schedules, flyers, brochures and other official materials; and (c)Terms impose, among other things, obligations on you to make payments to the Centre as requested and to compensate for the Centre if necessary and your rights may be limited and also the Centre's liability under certain situation.(d)that the centre doesn't accepted the application passed on by any courier.
Approval of Visa by the Embassy
The Centre has no involvement in the visa assessment and decision-making process. Whether a visa is to be issued or not, and what type of visa to be issued as well as its period of validity, number of entry and duration of stay would be decided by the Embassy in the light of China's relevant laws and regulations. An applicant will be required to pay a service fee to the Centre regardless of approval or disapproval of his or her application by the Embassy. And the service fee is non-refundable.The Embassy has the right to request the applicant to provide additional supporting documents or to come to the Embassy for an interview.
Information provided by you
To facilitate assessment by the Embassy of your application, you are kindly required to:(a)prepare all the documents that are required and ensure they are genuine and credible;(b)fully fill in the visa application form with true and accurate information (application from children under 15 (includes 15) should be signed by either of child's parents or guardian with the relationship documented).
Please carefully check all the printed information on your visa when you collect your passport. If you have any query about the visa, you should report it to the counter staff immediately. You will be responsible for any consequences arising from the following:(a)Your visa becoming invalid and therefore not being able to be used as a result of your own fault or any act by a third party acting on your behalf;(b)In the event that you are refused to board an aircraft or to enter China due to your failure to check all the information printed on your visa including your name’s spelling, birthday, nationality, your visa's number of entry, period of validity and duration of stay as well as the number and validity of your passport before departure for China;(c)Your visa cannot be used due to your own other reasons.
Submission Time
Please submit your visa application at an appropriate time so that your visa would not expire or it would not be too late for you to obtain a visa before your planned departure for China. Usually you should apply about one month in advance of your intended entry date to China, and not earlier than three months before.
Personal Information
The Centre collects personal information about you ("Personal Information") in order to provide the Services. Before submitting an application to the Centre, you should read our Privacy Policy available on our official website and at our Centre. The Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used and disclosed and your rights in relation to accessing and correcting that information. You agree with the collection, use and disclose of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy by submitting your application.
Loss/Damage/Theft of your Documents
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Centre shall not be liable to you or anyone claiming through you for any loss or damage suffered in relation to your application documents and supporting documents including but not limited to your passport (the Documents) being lost, stolen, damaged, misplaced or not returned to you.
Without prejudice to any other term in the Terms, and without any admission of liability whatsoever, if your passport is lost or damaged while it was in the Centre's possession, the Centre will reimburse you the standard fee charged by the applicable government department for a replacement passport upon the Centre receiving from you a copy of proper receipt.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Centre expressly disclaims all conditions and warranties, express or implied, in connection with the Services other than any conditions or warranties expressly stated in the Terms. Where the law precludes such exclusion and implies certain terms, conditions and/or warranties into the Terms ("Implied Terms"), the liability of the Centre for a breach of such Implied Term shall be limited, at the option of the Centre, to any one or more of the following:(a)the re-supply of the relevant Services; or(b)the cost of the re-supply of the relevant Services; or(c)any amount paid by you to the applicable government department or authority in respect of the relevant Services (upon being provided with proper receipt).
You agree that in no circumstances will the Centre be liable to you or anyone claiming though you for any indirect, incidental, special and/or consequential losses or damages of whatever nature, or for loss or profits, loss of opportunity, loss of business or goodwill or interruption of business arising out of or in connection with your application and/or any of the Services, however arising or where so ever situated, whether or not relating to any act, error, omission or negligence by the Centre or any officer, agent, employee and representative of the Centre.
Force Majeure
Strictly in line with relevant laws of Denmark, the Centre shall take every precaution to ensure the safety of the personal information and documents of the applicants, but it shall not be liable to your or anyone claiming through you for any consequences due to events or acts beyond its reasonable control such as natural disasters or an act of God, unforeseen accidents, robbery, and failure of equipment of the Centre (Force Majeure), which may occur when the information and documents are in transit between the Centre and the Embassy.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold the Centre, its management personnel, agents, employees and representatives harmless from any claim, loss, damage, proceeding or other action (including but not limited to reasonable legal fees), made by any third party arising out of a breach of the Terms by you, or a violation by you of any law of any country or of the rights of a third party.
Variation of Terms
Any of the Terms may be amended or varied by the Centre at any time through notice to the public.
Governing Law
All Terms shall be governed by laws in the respective state where the centre is located.
